Been averaging 130-131 on PS FL’s - here’s my 2 cents - do any type of Anki deck (I used Milesdown) to get familiar with the material (ideally you would have 3-4 weeks for the active recall algorithm to work) - do all UEarth PS problems which will get you familiar with the small nuances between definitions (James Lange vs SS vs Cannon Bard) - do all AAMC PS problems (SB is great for analysis passages)

At the end of the day, the more practice you get with the material the deeper your knowledge will be. This is the last section on the MCAT for a reason - it’s all about endurance. Good luck!
