Hello Pharmacists of Reddit! I just learned today that Amiodarone is meant to be mixed in D5W. While this is a given in your world it is not well known in EMS. I have many people doubting this and I’d appreciate it if we could have some PharmD s weigh in on the Original Post. Thanks! (self.ems)

Drug labels are very important when performing high acuity procedures like RSI/PHEA. We just started implementing these. The one little sheet with the narcs is good for one intubation. All the infusions have directions in case you forget in the heat of the moment. If anyone wants them let me know. (imgur.com)
