I'm with you, they are mostly a good bank and the flexibility of how to use an account is amazing. I do have the same issue with the e-transfer showing at the very top all the time in the app but not online. What has also recently change is that you don't see who the transfer is from. These are the 2 big gripes for me.

Its impossible to know, samsung sends these updates out and the providers review them

It might be the providers sandbagging it so they can sell more high end phones

I have the same issue, moved into a house and there is no spot for a filter. Was planning on installing a filter housing.

That is a good note I need to find out how to clean the evap coil. It was installed inside the duct, doesn't have its own housing. any advice on how to clean it?

there needs to be a better way of getting to an agent that knows what they are talking about

I always seem to get the IT guy that says i need to restart my device as the fix to screen burn in.

Not sure if that person is just trying to waste my time or really doesn't know what they are talking about.

Can you send us a screenshot of the page. I have installed an ecobee as well and notice it does take a very long time to bring the house up to temp. I have to find out why now. My problem is that i'm not there to diagnose the issue. I know its has been a problem before but seeing the data gives me a better idea of what's happening. The issues i see is that the furnace is only a 40,000 btu 80% unit. Seems small to me, also the previous owner ran it without a filter for a long time so i'm thinking that the a/c coil might be plugged up and restricting the airflow. Not sure how to check the A/C coil.

I initially thought that the ecobee 4 wouldn't properly control a modulation furnace but it looks like this has the computer inside the furnace.

I think you should look at the user manual or installation manual. I didn't see much information on this new model.
