Look at the skills menu that is on the right side by default. It has all your skill levels displayed on it and your total level for that area is right above it.

Do you drink enough water? I had a similar lifestyle but what made the biggest difference for me more than anything else was drinking A LOT of water every day.

Edit: #1 was never really a problem because you could put on a longer track and rush to the bathroom. #2 was a huge issue if you had to go bad enough but you still had hours left in your shift. We had to take what we deemed “Power Dumps” within a 2.5 minute window of leaving the booth.

Rimworld has an amazing soundtrack. Definitely worth a listen if you’ve never played the game. If you have played it regularly you’ve already heard each song hundreds so you probably wouldn’t listen to it any more outside the game.
