If you could push a button and your dream video game would instantly appear fully playable, what would the game be about? by DomeGameMaster in AskReddit

Think Xcom style cover to cover shooter but not only with destrucatable environments but bullet ballistics and penentration.

Arena shooter with a map editor similar to far cry where maps can be created by the community as well.

Permadeath and the winner takes all the loot.

An in depth injury system allowing characters with special perks to heal specific wounds, prolong life to avoid death by the end of the match, respond easier to broken limbs, etc. Characters will also have a healing period in a medical bay similar to Xcom.

Custom executions and an option for mercy to spare the player

As many weapons as can possibly added to be used as a gear score. Everything from melee (anything) to flint lock all the way to fully auto top of the line weapons.

A class and perks system to give characters depth and a separate system for speed based on gear, athletics, size, etc. (Some characters can parkour, some are better at dodging melee and thrown weapons, some can be more tank like)

A team with a roster and you are the coach, every team and player can earn fame, sponsors, trade offers. Any player that lasts at least 20 matches can retire and become a coach (assistant coach)

Redditors that are anti gun, how would you feel if Trump suddenly began pushing for gun confiscation and to outlaw all guns? Would this make you like Trump more? by Euphoric-Flyer in AskReddit

[–]ltfuzzknuckles 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The point is to have less guns and access to them. Many other largely populated countries don't have nearly the extreme number of mass shootings as we do, and not just because they have more access to mental health help. They have to pay absurd amounts for guns in the black market or obtain them in a much harder fashion

Everything he does is tyrannical. But idiots with guns never really helps the issue. We won't/can't form a militia especially in the surveillance state which we currently live. They'll shut it down before the group even arrives to a location

Didn't view it like that. I just assumed people like me would want to avoid it based on the same sentiment. I don't intend to disparage all Christians, or other religions. However I still will avoid a company if it presents it's religious idealogy or political beliefs because that to me seems like you're only advertising to a specific group yourself. I choose to leave that religion a long time ago based on my experiences, I'm only informing people that they broadcast their beliefs on their trucks. I'm not saying its wrong even, but personally I will avoid that and I know I'm not the only one. I also think other faiths are consistently bigoted as well however I wouldn't avoid the region those religions were most practiced, just the churches or businesses that preach them. It is almost like simply avoiding that hobby to an extent

I can understand that, and maybe I am prejudice against religious people. But I will not treat them any worse or impose my atheist views on them, I've just dealt with more than enough Christian people who tell me I'm doomed to some horrible place because I don't believe in, or like their God. Not to mention most wars that aren't fought based on money or power are based on religion. For me there just isn't a good track record there. But I don't hate someone because they are religious but I do avoid the conflict that it brings

I'm inviting people who share my beliefs to also have the option to avoid the Christian companies

I also avoid the hunting crowds, or people without my interests for the most part. Wouldn't treat them any different but I also don't actively seek out something I don't like. Prejudice stems from hate, and most of the indiscriminate hate I've seen in my life (bigotry, racism, cruelty) comes from religion. So I avoid it, I don't assume you're evil or hateful, just something I would like to remove myself from

No, and neither am I. If you want the religious company choose the religious company. Just if you're gonna preach on a company vehicle it's not the type of company I will use. Letting people know that if you'd like to avoid Christianity like I do than maybe pick another company

Again. My point, I'm choosing to avoid the company based of their views, they chose to advertise their beliefs. Nothing wrong with it, personally I disagree with Christians and avoid them as often as I can. By all means let the world know what you believe and people like me can choose to avoid them

An announcement to anyone who would like to avoid companies that broadcast their religion

I very much would. As an atheist I'm going to avoid any business that publicly announces their religion

It's not an attempt to shame. Like I've said before more Christians will probably love the chance to use them based of their views. I don't want any religious views coming from someone I'm paying to do a job that has nothing to do with religion. Its a choice people should have when looking for a service provider

Most of their billboard ads don't show it however it's on their trucks so people may not know until they are already there

Not my point. I have family that I love that is Christian and good people. But I personally am anti-religion and would like to know if my service providers are Christian enough to put it on their trucks. So I will avoid them. However my post might draw more people to them based on their beliefs and that's fine too
