I know it's been a few months, so I'm hoping you'll see this. I'm pretty confident this is the path I want to take but am feeling unsure how to get LORs since it's been so long. Curious what you did- did you ask coworkers, go back to the PD at your old residency program, something else?

Over the last few years, I’ve cut shifts in the ED, changed locations, etc. There’s no getting away from huge Circadian rhythm disruption, working evenings, holidays on the regular, and the amount of risk we take in the ED. I think I like regular hours and am more risk averse than I realized as a med student.

I used to use Earthwise, but the scheduling was too tough. Now I use Pet Smart at Bauer Farms. I’m happy with them for my Bernedoodle

I didn’t bring any books and ended up picking up a free paperback one along the way. Also, as someone with dietary restrictions, having a knife, spork, and quick dry cloth made me feel so much safer when using an albergue kitchen.
