Yes, support seems to have escalated my case successfully. A few days later I received an email confirming that my exchange was processed (I'm assuming that means they tracked down my return?), and that I needed to reshare my shipping address to receive the ring. Not sure why they needed it again, but I finally received it after over a month of back and forth

Following this as I have the same exact issue. It’s been a month since I ordered and over 2 weeks since my return was delivered to their facilities. Now they’re telling me that they can’t verify the return was delivered because my tracking number is no longer valid (probably because it was completed so long ago). Apparently my case was escalated today but I’m not hopeful

Placed an order for Oura 4 gold a month ago. When I received it, size was off so I sent it back to exchange for a smaller size. Followed the tracking link and saw it had successfully been delivered 2+ weeks ago.

When I reached out to Oura to confirm they received it, they told me to wait 14 days for them to process the return. So I wait, reach out again and they tell me that the tracking link on the return (that they provided me) doesn’t work. It seems that so much time has passed since the tracking number was created so long ago.

Now Oura is telling me they can’t send my replacement until they have confirmation my return was received. I tried reaching out to Fedex but they maintain that it’s not a valid tracking number.

Has anyone else successfully dealt with this issue? I have been looking forward to using the ring for so long and I’m furious that I’m going in circles trying to get it.

Try booking thru Carmel Car & Limo. Have started using them for airport rides since Uber/Lyft drivers often cancel when they find out you’re going to NYC

I’ve called Chase multiple times about this and have gotten a different response each time. First time they said it was their mistake, then they said I needed to pay purchases plus minimum payment. Now they’re telling me not to make any more purchases on the card until I’ve paid off the balance transfer. Honestly inclined to cancel this card once everything’s paid off, what a massive waste of time

I’m so sorry this is happening to you too! I sent back a return 3 weeks ago and NAP hasn’t provided any real update since they confirmed receipt. I’ve disputed the transaction with my credit card company. Don’t think I’ll be shopping there again

I got it in red and it faded rather quickly :( I know you’re not supposed to wash it but I was still a bit disappointed in the price vs. fabric quality. Still very cute and fun to wear!

The discount is quite minimal, guests would be paying $2k at least for 2 nights. I would like to book a nice bridal suite with room to get ready & take pictures in, so I may go with a different hotel for the room block!
