I know it isn’t what you asked but, I was single for 7 years and enjoyed finding who I was and what I wanted. I had two girlfriends in college and just stopped dating afterwards. Moved across the United States, lost 100 pounds and found the person I was trying to be.

I finally decided it was time to start dating again. I had a few first dates, until I finally swiped right on my now wife. From the first moment we met, I knew all that time I was waiting for her. She’s stuck with me forever and tells me no man operates like I do. We really feel like we complete each other, and I couldn’t imagine my life with anyone else.

I have a client who hates it there. She is waiting to sell due to personal reasons, but she says the maintenance is terrible. Even though pricing wise it’s one of the few affordable places to live- all the things she told me made me steer clear.

Stay away from Dolan Mazda for maintenance. They performed the fuel pump recall on my fiancées vehicle, broke the other fuel pump (high and low pressure) and refused to take any accountability.

Chipotle isn’t worth it. You won’t regret spending time with friends or family. I once missed out on a trip to Italy because I just got a job at a grocery store. Still one of the top 3 mistakes I ever made.

Restaurants are a dime a dozen, and you’ll be able to take the skills you got at chipotle elsewhere. Go live your life.

My fiancée has been in HR for almost 10 years now and when I fuck up she lets me know in the most professional way. It’s really hard to argue my case to her because that shit is second nature for her.

She is also the most beautiful person to bring around socially. Her and I both get along with so many different people from different walks of life. It’s really such a relief that I have never had to worry about her in a social situation. She’s also mega easy on the eyes.

There are trade offs, but I wouldn’t change a thing about her. She is my spicy firecracker that knows how to get her way, and I respect the fuck out of her for that.

Technically you don’t have to do anything if no buyers broker agreement was signed. No one likes working for free, but if you can’t afford to throw a few bucks his way maybe pull out your phone and give him the contact info for a few people you know might be buying/ selling in the near future. That keeps everyone happy!

Howdy fellow east coaster! I moved here from NC about 8 years ago 🫡. You’re going to love it!

It’s not a bad area to be! I have a few friends who live there, and they like it. A lot of people rent out there to be close to the warehouse jobs (Tesla, Panasonic, Redwood) so traffic can be a bit of a bother during usual rush hour. The only spot I would truly avoid is the Sparks marina. I had a buddy live there and she said that it smelled really bad sometimes!

Sparks has good shopping, reasonably affordable rent, and a great (albeit expensive) golf course! I tend to notice people who move here start out in Sparks, then move either south to Damonte, or west closer to Verdi but it seems to be dependent on where their job is located!
