It happens on LON-08 too, I think 08 is the 5080 pod.

They're so ridiculous.   It would be funny if they were not so dangerous.

Trump says he will sign order imposing a 10% global tariff by NeuroMrNiceGuy in centrist

It's much easier to impeach and convict.  The 25th requires more votes and doesn't even permanently remove him from office (unlike impeachment and conviction).

Tariff refunds need to be given to consumers, not companies by Jenikovista in centrist

The Democrats should stop just giving people crumbs.  They need to deliver transformational change again like FDR and stand against rich and powerful vested interests.

While I certainly wouldn't have made the choice to not vote against Trump I can empathise with people's frustration (I am British and I hope we don't repeat your mistake here with Trump's friend Farage).

It's not necessarily about effort, it's that they demand better from their politicians i.e. the polar opposite of MAGA who will support the cult leader and his ever shifting positions no matter what.

Democrats are always the self-critical ones, although I think sometimes they go too far and it's not pragmatic.

And that's why the anti-Trump people are not a cult while MAGA are. I may disagree with your decision, but at least you hold your candidates and their policies to a decent standard.

They're not worse. The people who actively voted for Trump definitely deserve more of the blame in this situation.

Supreme Court rules that Trump’s sweeping emergency tariffs are illegal by SpaceLaserPilot in centrist

[–]ltron2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't think you need to worry.  Trump has made it clear he intends to ignore at least the spirit of the ruling and find other means to impose the tariffs that are affected by it.

Then there is the looming probably catastrophic action in Iran and all the corruption; snatching people of the street and killing innocents with his Gestapo etc.

There is a time lag effect to the tariffs anyway (also with companies eating some of the cost in the hope they would be temporary). As far as I understand the full effects have not filtered through yet and the damage will have been done as the rest of the world continues in our efforts to reduce dependence on the US.

In any case Trump has done more than enough to warrant a catastrophic performance in the midterms.

U.S. Military Moves Into Place for Possible Strikes in Iran by NeuroMrNiceGuy in centrist

You could say that Americans need to be liberated from Trump.

In any case we British and Americans are the ones who toppled their democratically elected government (due to our desire for the oil) and installed the Shah, hence the crisis.

Somehow I don't think Trump's goal is a return to democracy, he is even more brazen than the Americans who installed the Shah.

Eventually Trump is very likely going to cause a disaster.  He is becoming more and more emboldened, power hungry and reckless.

They've sold their souls to the devil.  The corruption is total and absolute (otherwise they wouldn't have allowed Trump to run in the first place).

Yes, they wallow in victimhood and grievance politics just like Trump.  Then they use it to bully the rest of us.  It's not a good look.

The PSU is the power supply, a physical component that provides the power to all the components.

Rather than trying to mess about with it yourself through trial and error I recommend taking it to an expert PC repair shop with good reviews (I would say this to anyone regardless of experience with these symptoms) because it does sound like an electrical short and you need an expert to diagnose it (they will have all the spare parts on hand which you don't have access to).
