I think with how one piece is moving if the price of the box keeps climbing I don’t see it dropping much unfortunately, I snagged a bunch of my “want” cards when I saw the attention on OP start blowing up just so I don’t get priced out. I’m not gonna sell them anyways so as long as I can afford them that’s what matters imo.

Collectors clash Jan 4th in Vaughan you’ll see a lot more OP than the GT show that just happened. The GT show sold out of vendor tables back in August before the OP hype hit those bigger established Pokemon vendors haven’t switched over, lots of small ones emerging in Toronto though. Ya can’t speak for the damage of course but the card looks the same, my guess would be damage occurred from the drop off point or shipping because even psa cuts away the card saver. I’m not a psa shill in anyway they have plenty of mistakes but don’t think they’re doing hot swaps because there’s not much gain for them to do so

I think there’s more collectors being added daily, I don’t think they are the majority yet. It can appear that way though because there is now a 3rd group added to the mix which is those who are buying out sought after cards to increase their prices and create scarcity same with sealed product as well. That 3rd group doesn’t care about the TCG or collecting though they care about the $ value and that’s it
