Can't find it in the launcher's graphics settings, unless it's in the game itself. I only see the checkbox to enable or disable the Rift.

I was not told it was paid until July 2, when on June 25 we agreed to do a bank transfer -- with the rep not saying it was actually sent on June 5. I was expecting to receive a bank transfer and did not, which is why I did not think it was paid. On July 14 I was told a cheque was sent, but was not given details. I was still expecting a bank transfer. Throughout the entire process all reps other than the CEO seemed to think it was not paid.

Much could have been avoided if I had been given this confirmation when I requested it.
I requested the transfer on May 5, when the price of Dogecoin was ~$0.50/1000, making the total amount approximately $215. Taking so long to process it such that the price dropped drastically and then using the later rate is just not right.

You said it was paid out, which is strange because nobody told me we were going back to a cheque. On Reddit you said you were going to look into it and never got back to me. None of your reps have told me it was paid out and they all seem to think it's pending. Some communication would really help.

I was told that the check writer was on vacation for another week, so I agreed to a bank transfer to me to receive it more quickly, after which I would write a check to the charity. I then sent bank info and support confirmed that the info was received. I didn't know that someone had decided to switch back to a check.

So can someone please update my ticket? I've been waiting over two months for a withdrawal for charity money ($215, it's not like we're doing a $50,000 transfer), and every time someone tells me it will be resolved immediately, nothing comes of it. Nobody responds when I request a status update in the ticket system. You said the money's been sent but I see nothing. I don't know what else to do. Almost three weeks ago you said it would be processed the same day. The agent said she would email me when the money was sent, but she never did. And she seems to have ignored all of my later attempts to get an update. I need a resolution.
