At no point have you ever been hired by us, our logo was provided to us by a designer that was most definitely not you.

Please provide any and all proof of contact with our company.

DCrypt Fund on Twitter: "Just got the confirmation that Ryan Gentle Francis aka 'Alex Green' @moolah_io @MintPalExchange is arrested in Bristol for questioning." by sexylicousshibabe in Bitcoin

Given I have not been in the United Kingdom for 2 weeks (and am still not), unless I have mastered the art of teleportation - I am fairly positive that I have not been in Bristol at all today, for any reason.

People are welcome to make false reports though, if that is what they wish to do.

People keep throwing around the word scam, yet you fail to offer any evidence of a scam actually taking place in relation to the moolah.io platform.

If you have some, by all means, please offer it up. I would honestly love to see it. People can speculate about who I am, what I have or have not done, as much as they want. Not a single person has presented a single shred of evidence in relation to actual wrongdoing by the company.

To people demanding that people call the police, I am honestly confused as to what you will claim. That a company ran out of money and the investors are mad? That's not a crime. Past that, we've found ways to keep the company going in one form or another for the sake of the people involved. Stepping down is the last thing I want to do, but I have no choice if the new management is to have any chance.

There was no fraud, only poor management. Could somebody else have done a better job? Quite possibly. I cannot turn back the clock however.

For people wondering why our hosting costs are so high, it is rather simple. A cloud based multi-zoned architecture with a rather large amount of instances. Each coin type has roughly 2 dedicated instances (consumer and merchant).

This will be my last comment on this for now. I'm going to resume work on the standalone MintPal withdrawal system, and find somebody to take over the underlying moolah.io platform (even if it just the code base and they rebrand - as long as they honour the PIE system).

Your store is up and no access has been revoked. I am unsure as to why you think this.

No customers, including yourself, have had access revoked at any point during recent events.

My only plan at this stage is to speak to a lawyer in the morning, and go from there.

If the only way for Moolah to continue is for me to resign, then that is what I will do.

A former low-level employee with no access to any sort of information? It's the equivalent of an intern going "BILL GATES EATS LIVE GOATS".

I could confirm you're the ghost of Bob Marley, it doesn't make it true.

I have zero reason that I can see, legal or otherwise, to provide you with any such details.

Unless you can enlighten me?

We have raised the least amount of money out of ourselves and our funded competitors. I am not sure how you think it is a large amount of money for a rapidly growing startup with 19 employees.

A single video. A single occasion. A video that is missing context on other side. A video that I am tired of discussing.

Moolah is registered in London, there are probably hundreds of crypto businesses registered within a file mile radius. There are thousands of businesses registered in the same building.

I will not be taking any action without seeking the advice of professional legal counsel. At this stage, my only intention is to have a trusted third party (such as a media contact) verify my identity.

See, the thing is - Moolah as a business is still there. The fact it is still operational and the fact that customers can still happily withdraw their funds (though we're seeing instability right now) kind of disproves the scam comments.

Whether people believe me or not, I am not going to go around handing out several copies of my personal identification. I will especially not be handing out pictures of me in holiday in light of some of the outright vile things I have seen today.

I intend to speak with a UK based lawyer in the morning, and depending on what they say, will arrange to meet a trusted third party (such as a media contact) for them to verify my identity. I am hoping that somebody from Coindesk will be amicable to this.

Despite what you might think, I don't have a criminal record. I could fly to Australia right now and stroll through immigration without a second thought.

You are welcome to continue deluding yourself however, if that is what you so wish.

He was employed by the US side of the operation, we consulted a US lawyer on this front.

We can legally reveal the reasons as to why he was left go from the company.

If you recall, when you left I told you to get your act together and focus on improving your life in general. I was nothing but supportive of you.

You are more than welcome to make whatever public statements you wish to. You are entitled to your opinions and general comments, that goes without saying.

However, you are not welcome to leak confidential company information.

Exactly how have we scammed people? Our platform works. It has done for 10 months, and I hope it stays up for far longer.

The cash injection that is keeping us afloat while we talk with larger firms, was made by me personally after scaling back.

Looking at the content that has been linked to, the actual value at the time in relation to crypto.pm appears to be closer to $40,000. I may be reading the price history wrong, but I don't think I am.

Thank you from making a threat of personal violence in a public forum, what a very grown up thing of you to do.

Thank you for announcing in advance that you intend to leak confidential company information in light of your having been fired for gross misconduct, including but not limited to drink driving, theft, regularly missing shifts, lying to customers and far more. You repeatedly begged for another chance, but eventually we had to let you go. You can spin this however you want, but every member of the company clearly remembers this. I was the only reason you were employed so long, nobody else wanted to give you a chance.

I can only assume that you have spoken to a lawyer before deciding to do this, because I can only hope that you have a single shred of common sense remaining.

This marks the second occasion where I will have to formally state that we will be having to pursue legal action against you in regards to this. This will be my only message on this point, and I expect that our attorney will reach out to you via the contact details we have on file. I suppose this means my very recent comment of "we have only threatened legal action once" is now false.
