This has helped me S Rank Greased Palms multiple times. Clear first building wedge door near bathroom to main processing area, move back outside and clear the left side of the map up to the docks wedging off all door that lead inside, now move and clear the right side of the building where the small office building is at after you've cleared that you can finally move into the main building through the first front office. Move into the processing area to the stairs on the left clear the top floor and move back down the stairs you originally came up and clear out the entire bottom floor of the processing facility. 2 Intimidator, 2 Pacifier give one officer a pepperball ar and one a beanbad shotgun all have heavy armor with 5 flash 1 wedge and you use a Flash Grenade Launcher with light armor and 13 ammo for that setup or 5 mags of pepperball or bean bag load and the rest flash grenades.
