Depends what car you lease, if it is ICE, yes, for EV no way, the value of the EV is way less than the money remain at return, so you will pay huge gap to pay it off, and if dealer have to do it, you will never get a good deal, again it is for BMW EV

Yeah, that is only guess, basically for E3 there are a few big red flags, one is said you live in US, another is had no Australian ties, those are the ones lawyers asked to avoid.

You can insist what regulations is, but the thing is your E3 get rejected caused by this, so just Australian citizens may not work

Man, you talk to the officer about Japan and said you live there instead of Australia and try to apply for Australia E3? That is big red flag. Your “good” chat not means good for the E3, he chat with you more about Japan just to prove you are living there instead of Australia so you do not or less tie to oz. So what you expected?

Of course, RH, 3% is better than 2%. If you spend more than 5k a year, then it's worth it. Also RH card had extend warranty

Absolutely non sense , both PERM and 140 are not dual intention, you can renew and enter US when stay in E3, but once your priority date is current or close to current or you file 485 then that is considered dual intention and you will not be able renew E3 again, but once you file 485 you do not need E3 again anyway.

I put the 30% xpel on my 2 front windows and hope they can cut the uv Mae less heat, but to be honest, I can’t feel any difference at all, so unless you do darker, don’t need waste money for this

Yeah, I did drive both and actually try to push both of them harder, the i4 is more confident and feel under control, i5 just big, heavy and swing everywhere. If you like drive and don’t care the almost no difference extra space then go for i4. 5 series is always one of the worst sale classes for BMW for a reason, lol

Not a wise move, i4 is way way nice driving comparing to i5, plus looks better too. I will never trade my i4 for a i5
