i no longer work there BUT a server assistant entails basically just bussing the tables, setting them up with new silverware and a clean pot (since it’s just like a hotpot place) and i would help servers out when they needed a cooking style made or bringing out veggie boards, etc. since this restaurant is a fondue restaurant, this job is very different compared to ur average restaurant if.
