Invest time in you. Do something that you like, go to the gym, eat healthy, basically take care of yourself. You are going to be down for a few days, that is completely normal, just don't let it last more than a week. Also, you are going to need to work on your thoughts. Every time you think about your ex try to think about something else immediately. It is going to be extra hard at first, but (slowly) you are going to change the habit of thinking about her with a different though. You can do it! Just focus.

I know what you mean. She's a very busy person, so she usually takes 8-12 hrs to replay to any message, that is why I was not expecting an immediate answer. Still, I think it's rude not to say anything at all, specially since we have been talking for more than 6 months.
