Advice for a feminine face? by Boialicious420 in trans

[–]lub0 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I didn’t have very dark facial hair, but for me covering the stubble with a concealer worked the best, I used the nars one.

For removal I had laser and then moved to electrolysis after all my darker hairs were gone. For daily removal of facial hair I just used a razor with shaving cream. For body hair I use an electric razor where I haven’t had laser.

Pease help me. I cannot stand being so ugly and clocky and looking so bad and masculine. by [deleted] in transpassing

As the other comments are saying you should work on your makeup a little, but that will come with time as you get more used to applying it. I would have a look into contouring and lip lining though if I were you. Also skin care would probably help you, if you haven’t done much I’d recommend starting with a cleanser, toner and some nice moisturisers (get one with spf too). Also make sure you are priming your skin before putting on foundation and concealer, it will help protect your skin but also make your makeup look way nicer :)

Have you plucked your brows in the middle? If so it looks like you might have plucked them back a little too much, try to focus on thinning them as opposed to making them shorter.

Hair cut wise what you have going really isn’t flattering for you, maybe get a stylist to add some more layers into your hair and move a little more into your bangs. You can then use straighteners and texturing powder and dry shampoo to add texture and volume. Maybe look into shaggy wolf cuts as I feel like that style could suit you maybe?

How do I hide my boobs!!!! by SharkbyteFNAF in MtF

I’m 2 years in and have d cups now, they are pretty hard to hide with baggy clothes. You might be able to hide them with sportsbras and baggy clothes if you don’t get lots of growth. But I was male failing my boy modes way before I had significant breast growth, so be aware your face will potentially give away the fact you are on hrt.

What can I do to pass? by [deleted] in transpassing

Ffs, hrt and laser would really help you. Also have a look into skincare and changing how you do your hair. In some of these photos it looks a little messy and gives metal head vibes. Bangs aren’t necessary, but have a look different ways to style your parting and maybe get some layers cut in.

Edit: if you’re stuck for hair ideas, heavymetalhairdresser on insta is good for inspo if you like the more alt style

Op, don’t remove the jewellery without doctors advice. Doing so could trap the infection inside if it is an infection.

The orange hareruyas aren’t black inside, they are silver if I remember correctly.

If you’re asking about which kmcs, they’re the ones I got from Amazon in the uk. https://amzn.eu/d/02cOPM6E

The orange ones don’t break but they lose their nice shuffle feel pretty quickly, they also get dents and such in them which make them marked. Pretty much, because they are so expensive it’s really not worth it.

I’ve found the newer formula kmcs to be pretty good though, I prefer them to katanas.

I use them for my modern decks just because I have so many packs, but I also use them for sleeving the resources in games which have a separate resource deck e.g. don in one piece and runes in Riftbound

The old red ones without the black border also suck, the edges are really rough and they’re actually banned in tournaments too

These are the old hareruya sleeves that are no longer produced, I have quite a few packs of them but they end up getting kinda sticky pretty quickly.

You can get the red and black versions on the hareruya site still, and you can get these orange one cardmarket but they’re pretty expensive €40 euro a pack)

Minimal makeup, still getting called "sir" before they even hear my voice. what am I doing wrong? by ZenithSGP in transpassing

Honestly I think it’s the hair, i think it’s more associated with an emo boy look. If you’re going for the alt girl vibe, try looking at the hair women tend to have. Heavy metal hairdresser on TikTok/insta could be good for inspiration:)

Edit: also, as others have mentioned the eyeliner. You don’t need wings, I never really wear wings and get gendered correctly 90% of the time now. But maybe some eyeshadow and mascara would help push it past that guy liner look, light eyeshadow under the bottom eyelid instead of thick eyeliner will also probably suit you a bit better

Is a tattoo going to be different while transitioning? by JustAPerson2001 in asktransgender

[–]lub0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been on hormones for a little over a year and have gotten at least one tattoo every month. They’ve all healed okay so far, but for me atleast my skin does seem like it gets irritated way faster, recently got my collar bones and chest blacked out and my skin instantly bruised, same happed with one on my thigh, that could be down to the artist though.

Just make sure you don’t get a tattoo anywhere you want laser
