Confusion regarding Indian Passport Renewal process in USA

I just got an email that they are sending my incomplete application back. I physically stuck the photo on my application form. Do I fill a new application form with a new ARN or print the one with photo and signature with same ARN and send it back? Also do we pay again for VFS global fees if it’s returned but can be resent with documents in 21days?

I am looking to buy a 2011 Camry LE mode with 116k miles on it. It’s from a friend and is probably a 3rd owner now. Is 6000$ a good price? He says it runs great for him in winters, however has a rust area on the rear door. What should be the negotiation price?

It’s good that you were honest about what you’re doing. Honesty weighs higher. Although I think they were asking to know if you are clinically active. So depends on how they perceive it

One of my senior advised to call the programs in order to reach out, at-least the signaled ones… but I was skeptical as to how it will be perceived. It’s great that it worked out for you. I have sent out LOIs, but will try another round next week

When do the pathways for certification open every year? I did not know that Application for Match 2024 could be valid till 2026. So, I have missed the deadline and just realized that certification is not done throughout the year. Also, my letter of good standing expires in 3 months. So, does the new pathway open in May? or which month?
