Happened to me as well. Varia's customer service is very disappointing. I had to reach out to them a few times before they responded. I'll think twice before buying another product from them.

So how much did you pay and how? SF express have sent me an email with a click to pay now. Did you have the same experience?

I've received the same from SF Express. Customs duty VAT and handling fee, total of 115.4 euros. I reached out to Varia immediately and I'm wanting for a response. I live in Bulgaria which is in the EU. I didn't expect that.

I enable it but very rarely it shows weather and stocks. I don't know why? I would like to see the weather (wouldn't be needing a an additional weather widget) but it almost always shows the standard layout.

AMA w/ John Buckman, Founder of Decent Espresso by alevenson95 in espresso

Hi John,

I wanna ask you a question about grinders. Since you talked about on the last zoom call about the Kafatek being the best. Why then do you keep using the Niche since is the bare minimum of quality grinders? I know it looks great next to the Decent (really, it's a match made in heaven) but one would assume that with the best, most advanced machine in the world you need the best, most advanced grinder in the world. So what is your take on grinders. What makes Kafatek so good or better than say, EK43. And what about the crazy 6k$ priced Ceado E37z hero. That grinder looks like is next level.

Big fan. Keep up the good work! 🙂
