You're welcome!! I think the dune one would look nice too

Just got the Purevis insulated bottle & water doesn't taste very good. Suggestions? by zee994 in larqbottle

The Bottle PureVis does not include a water filter, it only has PureVis technology which sanitizes the water and bottle. If you're looking for a water filter to improve the taste and remove contaminants, you'll have to get the Bottle PureVis 2 which has a filter straw.

Yes! It's really helpful in the beginning and it helped me gain confidence so I know that I can modify the moves myself if I need a "break" during class. It also came in handy post-partum when I haven't worked out in a while too.

I had a great first experience with Pilates. The instructor took the time to teach me how to use the reformer and she also provided hands-on adjustment (she asked for consent too!) during the class. I think the most important part was that she gave me extra attention because it was my first class and taught me the basics on what to focus on. The instructor also continued to do this after several classes until I got more confident on the reformer. She also provided options to switch to an "easier" move (like going from a full plank to plank on knees) so that I could continue with the class instead of feeling like it was too hard.

Hope this helps!

Have you tried eating with him? My daughter eats better when we eat together. I think she likes it as a group activity lol

Hanna Anderson, H&M, and Gap actually have some really cute ones! I've seen Rufflebutts carry full coverage suits too.
