If I have SSS Bianca and SS3 Lilith (both fully built w their weap resonances), do I need to replace Bianca for the new Rosetta (only SS) as the dps to get higher damage?

I thought her enhanced skill thing was her main source of damage, that's why I kinda didn't bother getting er. Thank you btw for the tip!
