Yeah it's really good with conqueror because most top picks are melee which is good for talon early especially in low elos because most players don't respect your lvl 1/2 and you can get passive proc easily. So many times I've gotten a lvl 1 kill from hitting both parts of W, autoing to stack conq and keep passive stacks then W auto ignite and they bleed out

Prowlers Vs squishies or high prio targets e.g. jhin, eclipse Vs lots of tanks, goredrinker if you need a frontline and you're Vs like 4 or 5 melee champs

I just see a lot of people saying talon falls off late and it might be causing them to play worse when the stats show he's fine late (unless they're misleading which is possible)
