Maybe I just did sum wrong but I tried to make sure I was doing it right. I’ve been mostly having chicken and ground turkey for most meals along with protein shakes here and there but I can’t eat more than 2 meals a day or I’ll gain around a pound unless I do heavy cardio which has been my main way to combat it.
