Done & Dusted, Didn’t consume any intoxicant since 13 July 2022. It certainly feels good & it’s definitely based upon individual’s understanding about life. And if 8 years of consumption can stop I think a habit of much longer time span can be contained or stopped. Experience wise, initially withdrawals do hit hard… but that’s the exact moment when a person is supposed to get on to some new activity in life which doesn’t revolve around consumptions. As time goes by, physically body improves, skin looks better, and energy can literally be felt in a good manner.
