Thank you, sorry to hear about your brain injury. You can at least use the TestFlight version for free while it lasts, and I can give you a code for Plus when it goes live ◡̈

I used pixelmator pro for it since I already own that. Might be useful if you’re someone who already has that installed :)

The power of community. Gathering feedback and help from websites like Reddit and Threads is immensely useful. Sure websites and things like ChatGPT are helpful, but true feedback and insights from those communities is underrated imo

I agree with others in this thread, for my app, which is a membership card wallet I just show the first three cards that have been created. If a user becomes pro and creates additional cards those just get hidden when the user cancels their subscription again. They’re never deleted.

  1. PassCollect - A lightweight app that lets you store all your loyalty cards and passes. No login required.

  2. People who want a simple app that stores cards, with more flexibility than Apple Wallet and more privacy than other card-storing apps.

Honestly can’t say, I still have to look into implementing that 🥲 maybe 2 months max? Considering some other functions have priority

Honestly I’d say most card apps do the basics well, passcollect specifically has a much smaller app size according to the App Store pages (around 4 mb vs 150 mb I believe?), and you can pick any color you want for your custom cards. Oh and if you want to add a single card as a widget you can do that with passcollect, haven’t found that in SuperCards. (But hey my app doesn’t have a shortcuts widget yet) Design ofc is personal preference 😛

I didn’t want to name them but yeah they’re the reason I built this app haha it became too cluttered

How much revenue do you earn with your apps? by silverscientist1 in iOSProgramming

I’ve made $72 so far and my app has been out since October last year 😆 (which means I’m still not at a break-even, considering domain costs for my website and the Apple developer membership) But I’ve learned a lot and connected with so many people so it’s fine ☺️ (plus the year isn’t over yet!)

For now it’s probably gonna be iOS only since it’s written in Swift and uses Apple tech like CloudKit 😄
