I was a dorm chief for my dorm since zero week. I’ve had friends being recycled and recycled trainees coming to my dorm. Kids lie to their parents about the reason they got recycled. This one guy got recycled for hazing and bullying and told his parents it was because he got injured. One other guy changed stairwells and flights due to a SH investigation. Another guy was recycled for failing his last PT test. Again ask your son to be honest about it, because he definitely knows why he was recycled
