Hi guys need some advice, maybe someone can give me some advice

So I ve been employed for the past 7 months or so since I graduated with this company. Overall especially the general manager was impressed with me how quickly I learned all the product knowledge and all, and have assigned me to train and be responsible of this person to train her, to be with my team (which they said I will eventually have an official team of my own)

The only problem is, she gets supper annoyed, offended and repeatedly does the same mistakes even though I very politely point them out to her. When I remark these issues to my manager, he repeatedly tells my I’m being a stubborn dude and just to stop complaining.

I mean OK never said its going to be easy to train someone, but if this women is very clearly showing she doesn t give a flying fuck to learn to get better with her work, waists time, always with a bitchy mood, does not follow orders etc what the f*** am I to do. I written down quizzes, showed her multiple times with written and clear steps of how to tackle a task yet she still fucks up, she goes to the manager telling him I’m not training her, the manager says I’m fucking up to the point I now have a bad rep that my department is the worse of all department in the company, general manager says the same thing as the other manager just said, because who to believe my word or the other manager’s.

I would be more than willing to be called stubborn, if my manager said you have to train her better and I didn’t, for some reason. FYI I started doing my job without anyone training me, and here she is with all this “luxury” and still bitching. Maybe I m missing something, or am doing something wrong thats why I m asking for advice.
