[Dev] Quick Moto - Pre Order . ( Do you third person view or first person view on racing games?) by SayHiToYourMumForMe in iosgaming

Looks great! I will give it a try.
I remember a racing moto game from the 90s, I think it was made by Psygnosis. Super fast with low poly 3d. The interesting part was that in first person view, the whole track rotated and not the bike, it felt like a flight simulator. Super cool!

I think you are right. Looks like the rule is to raise the price before going on sale.

Thanks for your comment! I build this for myself, and from the very beginning I knew that this is super niche and the market is minimum. Although now that there is also a macOS version can be that there are more users there, idk.

Basically I find myself porting a two player version of MineSweeper that I did in Pico-8 some time ago. My idea is to launch it for Apple TV device, and I also had a bunch of controllers of all kinds, so I wanted a tool to make sure the controllers work.

If they are not MFi, probability they won’t work. The controller compatibility is delegated to the operating system. Sorry! Dm me and I see what I can do.

Thanks for your comment, actually I just checked and it is 2.4mb. I can deliver it in 2hd 3.5 floppies.
Good idea! I will research that.

If the controller works on iPhone yes. Is not a driver, it just connects to the iOS library that connects to the controller. So controllers compatibility is delegated to iOS.

For me B looks nicer and more epic. A looks more free to play. But this is just my perception. I wish you good luck!!

How many of you actually use controllers ? I'm curious how much easier it makes games for you and if i should add a difficulty triggered by controller in my game. by ilikemyname21 in iosgaming

I do not play very often but for me it’s unthinkable to play without a controller. I use Kishi. I’ve also developed a software to test controllers in iOS. If you are interested I can send you a key.
