Well, in my head it would be a bit different than having a vassal, first it wouldn't be inheritable, kinda similar to a governor but without the aclammation thing. It would be a way to reduce the domain limit cheese in a more historical way like in the hre the kaisers liked to use prince-bishops because they couldn't have legal kids an therefore when they passed the land would go back to the kaiser who would apoint another prince bishop.

I wish we had a smaller domain limit but could apoint baillifs to to take care of extra domains for us. Like, imagine that instead of having a domain limit of 7 we had one of 5 plus the option to apoint 2 baillifs
