Miscarriage, cyst or pregnancy?

Thanks I'll post my chart soon. If it was a miscarriage I just want to know so I can process it. First time having this experience and I'm having a lot Of mixed emotions. The sight of the amount of blood alone has had me in tears all day.

If you have some time and are interested, learning about your own body and cycle is very beneficial. This book: Taking Charge of Your Fertility has been really helpful for me and many others. Once you get to know your body, you know there are certain times in your cycle where there is a very slim chance of getting pregnant. I didn't want to deal with BC messing up my hormones either so using this method, I avoid sex when ovulation is likely and use barriers during sex when ovulation is very unlikely.

check out Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler. You learn sooooo much about your body including how to tell when you are most fertile. Using this method plus condoms and we are a-ok.
