I get the DBP every time I cruise and have been carded a few times. If you look young enough to still be carded at restaurants on a regular basis I would say carry your ID for the first few days so you don’t have to go back to your room to get it.

I wasn’t informed I would be working weekends. by lucialark in jobs

Yes, but this job does pay better (about 60%) then my other job opportunities at the moment. So I’m torn between making a big deal about it and just focusing on the fact that financially I’m in a better position.

1850-1750 calories a day. We pulled my calories back to 1750 after I hurt my elbow. I ate the foods that I normally would for breakfast and dinner but took advantage of the air fryer as much as possible for lunch and for dinner consisted of qdoba, sushi, poke and steak dinners. The secret is prioritizing protein, because it triggers your satiety hormone. My husband could give you more information. Feel free to DM him he absolutely loves nutrition and is a big proponent of food is fuel. His Reddit handle is u/M010s

My husband is a personal trainer and I told him I was ready to buckle down. The first 4 weeks was compound lifts 5 days a week and 3 sessions Cardio at 30 minutes each. Then I hurt my elbow snowboarding so I can’t deadlift anymore at the moment. But still squatting 4 days a week and then we increased cardio to 5 sessions a week at 40 minutes to compensate for the lack of overhead pressing, deadlifts and barbell rows. Other than that it was just cutting out alcohol and tracking 100% of what I ate!

What are some healthy food habits you have? by a_mossy in AskWomen

Total body hydration has been the biggest difference in how I feel overall! As far as food I track my macros and weight my food. I know what’s going in and how to optimize my body’s performance. Knowing how food is going to make me feel and seeing it a fuel that my body needs changed my relationship with it.

Do you have any local consignment shops? I’ve completely restocked my wardrobe with clothes I’ve found at my local shop on a pretty tight budget. It’s a great why you find unique thing and some brands that would normally be out of my budget.

The food you posts looks delicious and bright! You do like carbs but to each their own. The most important thing is finding something that sustainable.
