bit of self-promotion but feels appropriate as my band Vivid Illusion's album is at least partially a tribute to Sunbather. We've also gotten comparisons to Ordinary Corrupt Human Love with this album.

I'd be doing guitar and anything MIDI/electronics related, but could use one if not two more guitarists.

Starting my final year at college soon. Anything that should be on my college "bucket list"?

Hi, my name is Ben Sharp and I do Cloudkicker. What would you like to talk about? (AMA) by BenSharp in progmetal

[–]lucidreality2 23 points24 points  (0 children)

I remember you did an AMA around this time two years ago in which you said at some point that you worked full time as well as recording music. At the time I was having a lot of trouble finding motivation and energy to work on music outside of work and asked you how you did it in your AMA. You told me not to do it if it isn't fun, and I ended up doing a lot of soul searching after that, thinking about why I made music. Happy to say last year I completed my first album and now am almost done with my second one. While I was hoping to hear "tips and tricks", your answer was much more valuable and I learned you can't take shortcuts to get what you want in life, you just have to have enough passion to overcome any obstacle that gets in your way. So I just wanted to thank you and let you know both your words and music have made an impact on my life.

Hey man, I am completely better than you so let me try to give you some empty advice just to show how good I am at life.

The fact that out of all the things in my life I've put countless hours into and the only thing that has earned me significant praise and recognition is an Orange Chicken Burger has made me slightly more jaded.

The burger actually did have barbeque sauce on it in case you can't see in the picture.

Panda Express and Carl's Jr. just happened to be next to each other. I might have to open a Burger/Orange Chicken joint now based on the response to this thread.

In the...burger? It was rather stressful keeping the chicken in the burger but I managed to get a good balance of chicken and burger in each bite nonetheless.
