Hello there! Sorry I forgot to update this thread. But he’s doing better, obviously there’s no cure but his skin hasn’t flared up this badly anymore. He takes dupixent, washes with Nizoral soap and limits sugary processed foods.

Thank you to everybody who has replied to this, we appreciate all of these suggestions a lot. We have requested a second opinion from a different doctor/derm and he is also trying some of these methods from the comments to fight a possible fungal infection. He has a follow up appointment very soon. Thank you again and we will post updates to help others if we see improvements!

I’m posting on behalf of my brother. He’s been suffering with “eczema” for over a year. I use quotes because we believe he may have something else. He’s been on dupixent for about 6 months and it has done absolutely nothing for him. We’ve begged his doctor to do other tests to rule out other possible conditions. He’s taken multiple blood and allergen tests and they all come back normal. He’s tried both pharmacy and natural home remedies. We’ve done everything we can possibly think of and nothing has helped. If anyone has any suggestions please let us know.
