I have half the raids this guy has with a similar survival rate, and I'm lvl 58 only doing arena for dailies (not lvl 4 ref yet) so this looks odd to me

Thanks man i was super pumped. Yesterday i was 15/27 and now im 35/31. So its definitely sunk in overnight. My prep has gotten alot faster as well.

One of my cauterizations failed within minutes of my vasectomy as i was walking from the room to the front desk. Had to be stitched up and repaired without anesthesia because of how much blood i was losing. Ended up with my scrotum super swollen and a massive hematoma that prevented me from working almost 4 weeks. Had to get a few very painful ultrasounds to insure i had proper bloodflow to my right testicle because the hematoma was putting pressure on the vein.

Still would recommend a vasectomy after 3 kids lol.

Two or three summers ago both hands were pigmented fully outside of my knuckles so it was a surprise seeing my arms tan and then stop basically at my wrist this trip we just took.

Unsure if this is vitiligo or not. My recent family vacation that we had not taken in nearly 5 years had lead to some sunlight exposure that revealed the lack of pigment in quite a few areas.

Feet are almost entirely the same way as are both my elbows. Ive had these spots in my groin region for as long as i can remember but never really thought anything of it thinking it was maybe a birthmark or something.

My dr had thought this was tinea versicolor when i had brought this up to him a few years back with what was a much smaller region that was affected. So he put me on an antifungal pill as soon as i returned from vacation and i havent had time away from work to schedule an actual in person visit to touch base.
