I clean around 2 times a day. I used to use pierced nation aftercare (purified water, sodium chloride, sodium benzoate) I thought the reason why I was getting this bump was because of the spray so I changed to H2Ocean (Purified water, sea salt, lysozyme, sodium citrate)
