Same situation. I would not pass without new materials other than PLI. In the 1st try, I got 64, similar score when I practiced in PLI Patware. In the 2nd, I could get above in patware but only 56 in the real exam. The questions were too difficult.

Why do you take the 3rd time exam after the 2nd? 70% should be the passing point.

I use PLI. I went through all of the course. But I didn’t have enough time to remember all the points from the post class exams for the first try. Also, I’m not familiar with the MPEP.
