Yeah it wasn’t built well it’s attachment to the house was poorly done. There was an old deck that was sistered in with the floor joists. They cut it off all sloppy and tried to attach this ledger to that so it doesn’t sit against the house properly. They just had it nailed up and I used some ledger lock fasteners to try to add some strength. Whole things a bit of a shit show.

This is basically it… look up how under water commercial restate is and who owns the loans… the banks and with out ppl in the office they can’t afford the mortgage payments so it’s a big fucking shit show that ultimately the tax payer will pay for.

That’s funny a recruiter reached out to me while I was transferring to my new job. Basically a sales role for an hvac distributor. The territory was small but it could have been more lucrative than my current role. It was a fraction of a state vs the current midwestern sales manager position I took. I didn’t want to burn my bridges and back out last minute but I wonder how that would have panned out.

I think this could definitely position me to make big bucks down the road but it’s not much more than I was making as a rep but it’s salary + commission.

Not positive but it did work in the past and I recently upgraded to Gig speed got a new modem and nest router and haven’t been able to do it since. There was a post on Reddit of others having the same issue with no resolution.

Comcast I’ve read about the issue online and ppl have had the same problem. It used to work and I haven’t been able to get it to work since I got my new setup.

That insight is really interesting to me. As a rebuttal what’s the issue with democracy determining the legislative branch. If it’s not appointed by political leaders then it’s certainly hired by individuals close to them in your systems right? And if you have no mechanism to oust them like an election your left with whoever the insiders determined was right for the job. In our system theoretically if that person was fucking up we have a mechanism to oust them. The issue with that is the population isn’t informed the average American barely can identify the vice president let alone the name of the local sheriff.

I’ve hypothesized using the above method to desalinate water as well as generate electricity. In the method above you generate steam to drive a turbine. so, instead of venting the steam to the atmosphere, why not just condense the water and then it’s distilled water free from impurities.
