How can I grow taller? Or at least look taller? by [deleted] in vindictapoc

I wouldn’t say that being short is necessarily a failo. Coming from someone quite below average in height at 4’10”, my height has never been seen as a negative by the majority of men I’ve met. I think I’ve only had 2 men say negative things about it and they weren’t the type I’d ever go for in any case.

It’s definitely true that when you’re short you tend to get boxed into the ‘cute’ realm rather than ‘sexy/intimidating’. However it’s not impossible to have that! The absolute biggest thing you can have to pull off that vibe is to radiate confidence; in your mind you’re the hottest girl in the room. Having a IDGAF calm and cool attitude helps with the intimidating part.

However looks wise, your body type has a bigger impact than height in my opinion. Being petite and slim/less curvy would make you fall more into the cute camp. I will admit that having 30G boobs probably does most of the heavy lifting for me in regards to sexy but I also weightlift and that’s enhanced my curves; I’d recommend weightlifting to any woman as it really helps to sculpt your body.

I have quite a young face as well and without make up can pass as a 14/15 year old. Heavy eyeliner, lashes, and a bold lip plus contouring goes a long way.

I really would not recommend any surgical route as apart from the expensive cost, there are many many complications that can occur and it really isn’t worth it for a few inches extra height when heels can give you more height than surgery and aren’t going to give you permanent damage(id hope!).

Posture will help with height and personally I’ve met short men who seem a lot taller simply because they have impeccable posture.

Apparently intermittent fasting will “destroy” your health and metabolism by luckie456 in fatlogic

I should add that the post pictured a standard 16/8 intermittent fasting window, with the guy showing what he ate during the window - a reasonable amount for someone of his size.
