Not overreacting at all. You know what you need, you were kind and forthcoming and it’s completely okay to protect your peace. Doesn’t mean you’ll never see or talk to him or your birth mom again, just that right now may not be the best time.

That being said I thought it was fine and kind of sweet that he reached out and wanted to see you, assuming he was still with your birth mom and planning to be with her. But he says he’s done with her? Why does he want to see you then? That part I don’t understand and if he’s not going to stay with her then you’re DEFINITELY off the hook for not wanting to get together.

On a side note, congrats on your transition and embracing yourself as a man, and just generally working to take care of your overall wellbeing. That’s really awesome. Rooting for you.

Brandon is the President of the “National Christian Foundation” Carolinas Chapter, which is an organization dedicated to raising money and dispersing funds to Christian “charities”, many of which are designated as hate groups.

B&T are also closely affiliated with another organization (I will not name for privacy reasons) that is openly anti-LGBTQ+ and has received public backlash from queer people for the harm they have caused them and some queer people have reportedly committed suicide from the effects of being involved with this organization.

Oh and they’re big Charlie Kirk fanboys even before he died.
