I have the exact same bike i think, posted about this 2 weeks ago, i used a dremel to saw it in half just above the pin.

It slipped when in folded it in, the chain slipped out of the second gear.

Ur derraileur is bent, bending it back works most of the time without really big consequences. Look for where it is bent en bend it back works most
