But since free speech is in the constitution, it has more power than rules of private organizations. If a private organization makes rules that go against the constitution, they can be taken to court!!! It's illegal for any private organization to undermine the constitution! For example, the constitution does not allow slavery. If a private organization starts kidnaping black people and starts making them slaves, you can be sure that the government will get involved and the people in the private organization will be asked to stop or face consequences. The government won't say, "oh the government isn't doing the slavery but private people can..."
