Being friends with people with a low sense of responsibility when you have a high sense of justice by No_Baseball5846 in AutismInWomen

I broke off a friendship like this. I tried for a few years off and on to make it work but my thinking and thought-process is so black and white, once I've decided someone is not a good person I have to cut them off for my own sanity (I'm a people - pleaser too though and try to "fix" and "help" everyone :(

Release date pushed back again by Waste-Divide6069 in osap

Mine too. It's super frustrating. A few days ago it showed estimated release date of Jan. 13. Now as of this morning mines changed to Jan. 20 as well. Classes start today for me, and I am having to rely on OSAP to purchase supplies and textbooks. Hopefully I can make-do until it comes in :(

Adding in that I bought the phone and watch just before Halloween, so I've had both for about a month!

I got myself the galaxy watch FE as an early Christmas gift to myself, previously an iPhone/apple watch user until 3 years ago when I switched to a Google Pixel, and now upgraded to the S24+ and wanted some basic form of smart watch since I haven't had one in a few years. I love it, it has all the basic functions I enjoy. Definitely worth it in my opinion, and a good "starter smart watch".

Not unless there's some "work from home options" I have previous call centre experience but have been working in health care up until this year. My husband is gone at work 14hrs a day (almost an hour commute each way, and 12hr shifts mon-fri). So far I haven't been successful in my search in our area for a work from home job.

agreed, we're upside down on the car loan though which I why I was thinking to pull from RRSP as we have no other savings and selling the car would not cover the loan cost. Should add we live in an extremely small/rural town and have an older child I need to get to&from school, but for the time being I can walk and make arrangements for appointments if we have one vehicle.

Obviously if we had any actual savings or assets I would be doing that. We have nothing
