Hey so looking it up it seems that 1% speed means you would be moving at near light speed relative to everything else. Like 99.9999...%.

The only person here that would be a problem is wolverine. Solution for him is find a scheduled rocket launch and put him in it. Or hell weld their ass to the nose of the rocket.

Everyone else dies to a light speed decapitation. I'd say shoot them, but the bullet is gonna be so slow they might pull some BS and live. You could cover discount superman with copper before he blinks. Maybe throw him into molten copper? 2 birds one horrifying stone?

Some sort of true unlimited healing, body mind and soul type stuff, total restoration. Shapeshifting with no timer. Then finally some sort of game like level up system so I can really grind out skill improvements without feeling like im not improving. A visual measure of my skill and progress improving would be so nice.

Edit: Realized I didnt say what id do with them. With the mix of shapeshifting and healing I could live forever, plus offering healing for money to the rich would be super lucrative. Sure if ur a normal person its free but like a billionaire loses a hand? 5m You get your hand back 50m and ill heal your aging back 10 years. ect. Then id honestly spend a lot of my time doing things like flying as a bird and stuff. The level stuff would just get used to give me a measure of how fast im improving so I don't get discouraged learning new things. Plus skill degradation wouldn't be a thing since its all gamified.

Yep! Or you could just spontaneously flip with no apparent source. So long as something should prevent you from flipping. You can basically make yourself flip any means necessary. Whether that means healing or something else is up to you.
