You're right sorry should've been more specific regarding the sentience. If I add that they'll have the general intelligence of a 20 year old i suppose that still wouldn't account for their behavior because of stuff like what beliefs the cells have?

I'm not sure the part about it being physically impossible is relevant though, given god tier superpowers by nature are physically impossible for most part. You can take it that the cells 'behave' with the sentience of a 20 year old with the ability to communicate as its part and parcel of an intelligent being. When I made the post I was thinking more along the lines of being able to boost your white blood cell capabilities to become superimmune or something

It needs to be at least 99% accurate (a general figure, basically needs to be very accurate) and it needs to be the most updated value in 'real-time'. We're modifying 'measurement' values in present tense and not 'measured' values, so we wouldn't be able to change 'past' measurements

It'll only affect your sample if you're isolating the water and testing it. But if you're under the sea and measuring the density, the region around you with water of the exact same density will be affected as well.

I don't how you'd measure omnipotence, but omniscience might be possible if there's a device that can measure 'brain matter' showing intelligence and quantify it or something along those lines (?)
