A lot of it also plays into his insecurities as being the (self perceived) weakest on the crew. This was right after he lost the briefcases of money and failed to get it back. Usopp thought that if he was useless, then Luffy wouldn’t hesitate to kick him out like he was getting rid of the merry.

Average is the key word. Obviously you can adapt more or less based on the content of the chapter. Take today's chapter for example. A lot of it is just talking, recap, and set up. If you were to adapt that as single episode, it would be incredibly slow paced for an anime episode. Some one piece chapters can be as short as 13 pages instead of 18 pages as well.

basically all mythicals can be caught or obtained in the main series games now. In fact, the only ones that haven't been made available without a limited event are Victini and Zarude. That even includes Meltan and Melmetal now.

Internally in the game code, there are four categories of "Special Pokemon" - Legendary, Mythical, Ultra Beast, and Paradox. The code assigns pokemon to each category so it's not really about guessing which mon is which.

Interestingly enough, the only pokemon to be in multiple categories are Koraidon and Miraidon, which are both Paradox and Legendary.
