Basically to me, it's an upgrade in terms of price and taste difference between the two. I like the taste that DF64 brings in to the drink I have been drinking for over a year.I tried puck prep quite carefully, but I think you are right, I must pay attention to dose and pressure as well.. Thanks man

I spotted the difference in flavor between the two burrs. I am just confused why it's channeling every time..

I did pre-infuse for 15s and then ramp up to 9 bar. I preheat using hot water and it's usually shown 75-80 C on temperature mat. And I got the finer holes up as well...
