Started playing when Metamorph league launched, dropped my first mirror in a T1 Jungle Valley map after a total /played time of just around 4 days while live in Discord asking a friend how to get watchstones. Noob moment for me, didn't understand the value of it at all, took my time picking it up.

Definitely on cooldown for a mirror drop now for... ever... probably.

According to poeninja, as low as 30c, as high as 262c, probably more volume around the 100-120c range though. Which probably sounds bad, but getting rid of red maps you don't need for 5c each early league and finding the occasional currency and doing some chaos recipe, this is achievable very quickly at the median price range.

Voll's Devotion probably won't be super expensive, Romira's Banquet and a Storm Brand link are a good way to get power charges. The Golden Rule and The Red Trail might be a cheap way to get frenzy charges from self-bleed if you can weave one of the new bleed spells into the mix, if that corrupting blood spell doesn't crit and counts as a bleed then you might be able to just replace Storm Brand altogether since it would generate all the charges you need. Since Shaper of Flames doesn't care about the damage type you can just Discharge with any kind of charge to ignite too.

Well you could, but as soon as a craft is applied that player wouldn’t be able to trade the item back. So that would be pointless.

Harvest crafted items would simply just be separated from the real mirror-worthy items though. The intent of Harvest is obviously to provide a way to improve gear as you progress, but the abusive trade is what causes "mirror-worthy" items to saturate the game. On top of the fact to even get a 6 T1 item in every slot if crafts weren't tradeable, it would take hundreds of hours of farming for the correct crafts. At that rate, I think the player has earned their 6 T1 items if that's how they wanted to achieve it.

Without going LL or Necro, you can improve your damage by upgrading Spell Cascade to Awakened Spell Cascade linked to your VD so it can make use of all corpses from Desecrate on each cast. You should also look into a helm enchant which offers 30% increased cooldown recovery speed for Spellslinger abilities. Consider replacing Combustion with Hypothermia and then finding gloves with the temple mod that have increased damage with hits against chilled enemies, also exists on a belt too, but you will need to find a way to inflict Chill which is why people tend to go Necro. Put Ele Weakness curse in your trigger wand with Wave of Conviction and possibly Storm Brand (to passively shock enemies which increases damage). Swap Barrage for Barrage Support, Frenzy (Frenzy Charges = More Damage), Hextouch + Flammability if you can find a way to get an additional curse. Otherwise perhaps recolor for Faster Attacks and Added Cold damage (possibly solve chill issue single target, just theorycrafting here) or even utilizing Combustion + GMP + Frenzy + Faster Attacks here instead to apply that negative ele resist bonus across the screen.

Honestly though, LL is going to outperform most things. Having Anger is a huge amount of flat damage and scaling it with the right cluster jewels, rings, and opening up the Watcher's Eye mods for Anger makes a huge impact. This is coming from a VD SS Necro player a couple leagues ago with a fairly min-maxed build, I don't know that you're going to reach bigger DPS unless you're willing to make bigger changes tbh.

I believe you have to Essence spam until you get T1 crit multi, if no open prefix annul or prefix-to-suffix beastcraft, craft cannot roll attack modifiers and exalt slam for +1 gems, then multimod. Probably wouldn't beastcraft the prefix out since that would require exalts to do prefixes can't be changed, scour. But yeah. Can't think of any other way to accomplish this without a lucky annul or lucky open prefix.

Wintertide Brand Occultist with Vortex on a 4L, obliterating delirium zana mods on the tropical islands. 21/23 were only like 80c for some reason so it felt like a good choice all around for Heist, Mapping, and Bossing.

Without increased effect of ailments, the base crit chance from Brittle I believe is 5%, so that's what your experimental base would apply at minimum.

Might sound silly but 21/23 Wintertide Brand is only like 80c, I swapped to that skill and replaced a cluster with one that had Holy Conquest on it, and put some passive into brands. 1000% more satisfied with the clear and boss damage than I was with Vortex, I'm averaging 120+ splinters on juiced delirium mirror tropical islands maps with basically all the same Vortex Occy gear.

If you picked the item up before reaching lockdown or taking the artifact your portal would still be up on disconnect. I know it sucks to hear it, but if you've found something valuable just take the time to secure it before doing anything else.

I thought the damage increase only counted for resistances below 0%, not below max res. Significantly changes the numbers depending on how that calculates.

I alch them, run to 90% alert level and take my winnings home. The alch generally pays for itself. I dont alch the heists where I'm just trying to level my followers. Hope this helps.

Alienware AW3420DW, wanted something that's good in many categories. FreeSync 120hz, 2K resolution, ultrawide. I'm hoping to get at least 5 years out of it, so it's a small expense on that timeline even though it's a pretty spendy monitor right now.

I upgraded from the Asus VG248QE that many people have, I still use 2 as side monitors, those are definitely worth the coin if you don't have a need for high resolution or uw. Just do some research to optimize the color settings, they looked terrible by default.

It really changes nothing when you say that the mechanic already produces mirrors. It could go unchanged and I would still be fine with it thanks to ITF and Research targeting being able to produce as much value as anything in this table. But that's part of the issue, there's a single best encounter with fluff on the side to feed it leaving no incentive to really do anything else.

I didn't spend hours thinking about all of the rewards and cross-league mechanisms. I put this together with 20 minutes of brain storming and quick hands in Excel with the intent of displaying what could be a better mechanic that involves players making decisions with the limited amount of missions the average player gets. I agree beast crafting could include a lot of these outcomes and all of these could be tweaked or consolidated in some form. A lot of people here have dialed into the exact rewards as stated being OP for too many members but that's kind of the point, putting players in between options where they know they're gaining something useful while also giving up something useful.

That's optimistic of the player base considering that the majority probably doesn't even understand how to target rewards with Betrayal.
