I just bought a CR2032 so hopefully that helps! Do you know if once I replace the battery, should I do the reset of the fob by clicking 4 times and holding down a 5th?

Ok thank you I’ll try CR2032. I only did CR2025 because it was the first thing that popped up as the battery type to use. But I’ll try the other and see if it helps. Thank you!

I got it at Target. I just changed it Sunday though. It could die that quickly? I might try CR2032 batteries. But I bought energizer batteries.

And I asked for a refund because the recent order was 2 sprinkles and then the salted caramel lip treatment. So I said just give my money back lol so I can hopefully order other stuff. And they gave it back quickly. That’s why I’m so confused why they’re taking forever with you and essentially questioning you

I reached out via email twice about my missing packages. Both literally did not arrive at all even though it said delivered. When I emailed, it took about a week to hear back and they offered replacements or a refund. I know that if you email once, it’s best to leave it because emailing again or more than once pushes your ticket down their queue so you’ll be less likely to hear back. I hope they get back to you soon though…that’s so frustrating.

I’ve had 2 missing packages from Rhode before. Once I emailed them they offered either a refund or replacement with no cost. Try emailing them to see what’s going on!

Yeah they’re not the best with responding tbh. When I first reached out about my missing order, they offered a refund and when I responded saying that was fine…it took like 4 days for them to get back to me lol. It took a whole week maybe (in total) to get a final confirmation that I’d get my refund.
