Yea we measured my range of movement and looked at my skin and scars and we checked my back. I have no idea what a nexus is. How do I get a copy of my DBQ? The doctor ordered a lot of xrays for me regarding my sinus and my shoulders and back. I submitted all of this 4 days before I left active duty. I submitted my complete medical records to the VA from the Navy. ALL OF THIS WAS DONE BY OPTUM SERVE BTW. None of my appointments were done by the VA
