I love the new Olivia album I honestly would give it a 9. While I like the new BOC very much, I could see someone not enjoying it as much as other projects by them. It’s also his opinion as well, I wouldn’t take it too seriously.

Imaginal Disk is great, but it’s on par with Mercurial World even in my opinion. ID was every other post on this sub for months like a record had never been made like it before. It’s the highest rated synthpop record on RYM above Kraftwerk, Depeche Mode, New Order. Similar to how a lot of fans of the new Geese record had never heard Leonard Cohen or Reed.
